Your Right to Data Deletion

Under the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD) and other applicable regulations, you have the right to request the deletion of your personal data. If you connected your Facebook or Instagram account to Loudd, you can also request data removal as required by Meta's Platform Terms.

What Data Will Be Deleted

When you submit a data deletion request, we will delete the following data associated with your account:

• Your account profile information (name, email, avatar)
• Connected social media data (usernames, follower counts)
• Ambassador program applications and memberships
• Coupon codes associated with your account
• Usage data and analytics linked to your identity

Data We May Retain

Certain data may be retained as required by law or legitimate business interests:

• Transaction records: commission payments and financial records may be retained for up to 5 years for tax and regulatory compliance.
• Anonymized data: aggregated, non-identifiable data used for analytics.
• Legal holds: data subject to pending legal proceedings or regulatory investigations.

Processing Timeline

Data deletion requests are processed within 15 business days of receipt. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete. Complex requests may take up to 30 days.
